SBI opened its doors as a one-person consultancy over a decade ago and successfully implemented services and strategies that proved essential in supporting our government's missions. We are currently actively seeking for an innovative and dynamic Instructional Solutions Design rock star! Are you it?

Utilizes ISD principles and employs the ADDIE model to conduct a workforce training inventory, analyze data and catalogue findings to establish a baseline for gap analysis in support of eLearning development. Utilizes multimedia, instructional technology, authoring, and developmental tools to create Learning content. Ensures products comply with applicable guidance and regulations (SCORM, Section 508 etc.). Must be able to work both independently and effectively as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that includes subject-matter experts, graphic designers, web developers, and other specialists to produce deliverables.

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing training needs, developing or designing training and/or professional development programs
  • 3+ years of experience developing eLearning and/or distance training using tools such as Captivate and/or Articulate
  • Formal training in instructional design
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and SharePoint
  • An understanding of IC and DoD military intelligence analysis, policies and procedures

Additional Desired Qualifications (not mandatory):
  • Experience delivering or supporting the delivery of distance or distributed learning products
  • Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required

Clearance Requirements:
  • TS/SCI is mandatory; background investigations should be no greater than 4 years old
  • Must be willing to take and able to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph
